  1. In a large pot/dutch oven, brown the ground beef and french onion soup mix together then drain off the fat.
  2. Add in diced tomatoes, V8 juice, macaroni noddles and salt/pepper and stir together. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook until macaroni noddles are tender, about 15 minutes or so.
  3. Serve with a garnish of Italian Parsley. Can also add Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese on top. My mom used to serve this with bread as a side and that’s it!
